This policy covers tntcolorcode.com. Our assessment platform at assessment.tntcolorcode.com is a separate system and is described in its own section below.
What this site does not do
- No cookies are set by this website.
- No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags.
- Nothing is stored in your browser.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever, to anyone.
- We never see your card or bank details, because payment is sent bank to bank.
Who we are
TNT Color Code is Tracie Fujikane and Tevya Wisdom Jones, certified Color Code and Character Code trainers. You can reach either of us at admin@tntcolorcode.com, and a real person answers.
What we collect, and why
Only what you type into a form. We do not gather anything in the background.

If you enroll other people, please only give us their details if they know you are doing it. We will email them their own assessment access directly.
Text messages and email
The two consent boxes on our forms are separate and both start unchecked. Ticking one does not tick the other.
- Marketing texts. Only if you check that box and give us a number. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us.
- Marketing email. Only if you check that box. Every one has an unsubscribe link.
- Messages about your purchase are different. Your confirmation, your access code, and details about the day itself are sent whether or not you opted in to marketing, because you need them.
Payment
We take payment by Zelle, which moves money directly between banks. We never receive, see, or store a card number or bank login. What we see is the same thing you would see on a bank statement: that a payment arrived, from whom, and the note you attached to it.
Who else touches your information
- Netlify hosts this site and receives form submissions on our behalf.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface. Loading any page contacts Google, which means Google receives your IP address. That is the only third party contacted when you simply view a page.
- Our email and messaging providers, to actually send you what you asked for.
That is the entire list. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics companies.
The assessment platform
The assessment itself runs at assessment.tntcolorcode.com, which is a separate application with its own account, login, and stored results. Your answers and your report live there so that you can return to them, and so we do not have to ask you to pay for the assessment twice.
How long we keep things
Form submissions are kept while we need them to deliver what you bought and for our own records afterwards. Your assessment results are kept so you can return to them, and so that returning students are not charged again.
Your choices
Email admin@tntcolorcode.com and we will, without making it difficult:
- Tell you what we hold about you
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete you from our records, subject to anything we are required to keep
- Stop emailing or texting you
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. We will honor those requests regardless of where you live, because the alternative is deciding which of our students deserve them.
Children
This site and these workshops are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date below. If we ever change it in a way that materially affects what we do with information we already hold, we will email the people it affects rather than quietly updating the page.
